Giftopus Account Deletion

Delete account in-app

1. Open Giftopus.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap the three dots menu in the top-right corner.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion.

What is deleted

• Authentication account.
• Profile data linked to the account.
• Gift sets owned by the account and their linked items/selections.
• Recipient selections linked to the account.
• Legal acceptance records linked to the account.

What may remain

• Aggregated or operational logs needed for security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
• Data that is anonymized and no longer linked to your account identity.
